About ValuTex Reinforcements, Inc.
- ValuTex has been in business since 2011 starting with six looms in a 75,000 sqft plant in Washington Court House, Ohio.
- The original concept was to be a vertical integration for sister company Fiber-Tech Industries, the largest U.S. producer of oversized, custom composite sandwich panels.
- Since then, ValuTex has expanded weaving operations to 11 looms, processing up to 7 million pounds of glass per year in a variety of sizes for multiple customers
- In 2019 we investigated our second vertical expansion and started plans to produce our own polypropylene honeycomb sheets at ValuTex, also initially for Fiber-Tech captive use
- After covid-related delays, ValuTex started production in 2024 in a state of the art polypropylene production cell, capable of producing over five million square feet of honeycomb sheets for use throughout multiple materials markets.
